Getting to Know Educational Pathway for Training Instructors in the International Department of the Hamgaman Institute
An Overview
The International Unit of the Hamgaman [Bā Masīr-e Vilāyat] Institute has decided to promote an international movement that enhances the understanding of the truth of Imam Mahdi (ʿa) and strengthens human connections to this truth.
To achieve this, the unit actively engages in direct presence within receptive countries, establishing meaningful interactions with various nationalities to lay the groundwork for introducing a monotheistic lifestyle. It considers it its duty to promote this doctrine globally, particularly to interested nations, and to provide ongoing support until the comprehensive realization of the monotheistic way of life is achieved, fostering individuals who are productive and wise.

The training programs offered in the International Unit consist of two educational courses in three formats (i.e., online, offline, and in-person):
The Specialized Program of Competency Enhancement The Hamgaman Institute offers training programs designed to enhance the competencies of students attending the Institute’s centers. These programs are developed following field observations and needs assessments conducted by the Explanation Group of the Oswatun Hasana School of Thought in the requesting country. The training aims to reshape perspectives, enhance skills, and refine lifestyles, guiding individuals towards a heart-centered awareness. This enables individuals to participate more effectively and consciously in their personal and social development processes.

The training programs offered in the International Unit consist of two educational courses in three formats (i.e.,online,offline,and in-person):
Medium-term
(3 to 6 months)
Long-term
(1 year)
Upon completing the Competency Enhancement Program, participants are expected to achieve the following objectives:
One-Year Course
• Familiarizing with the perspective and all core objectives of the Oswatun Hasana School of Thought.
• Familiarizing with the core structure and system of the Oswatun Hasana School of Thought (covering Phases One to Four).
• Completing all required educational modules after conducting needs assessments for each participant.
• Achieving the preparation for the participants to implement the initial framework of the Oswatun Hasana School of Thought in the requesting country.
• Participating in online and offline classes upon returning to their home country, ensuring continued support during the implementation process of the Oswatun Hasana School of Thought.
3-6 Months Course
• Preliminary Familiarization with the goals and principles of the Oswatun Hasana School of Thought.
• Familiarization with specific phases of the Oswatun Hasana School of Thought.
• Completion of selected training modules from the educational curriculum of the Oswatun Hasana School of Thought, based on prior agreement with the training supervisors in the requesting country.
• Commitment to continued learning beyond this level, as training does not conclude at this level. The participants and supervisors are expected to fully engage in both online and offline classes to ensure thorough preparation for the implementation of the Oswatun Hasana School of Thought.
The Conditions and Rules for Participating in Training Courses
All individuals participating in the Institute’s programs or those who intend to join them are eligible to enroll in this course.
Passing the course and receiving a certificate requires active participation in classes, completing class activities, and, finally, completing a final project with at least an average quality or higher.
If unsuccessful, participants should retake the course or participate in a reverse approach. Trainees and interns in the International Department commit to implementing the courses of this Institute in their own countries after completing the courses.
If trainees and interns are not proficient in Farsi, it is necessary for them to learn it as a prerequisite in the first term. A written commitment to attend the courses must be signed by trainees and interns at the Cultural Consultation of the Islamic Republic of Iran before traveling to Iran.
Trainees and interns commit to conducting research with diligence and a questioning spirit during their courses.
According to the need assessment of the International Education Working Group, Trainees and interns must participate in weekly, monthly, and end-of-course evaluations, and certificates will be awarded upon achieving the required score.
Participants commit to engage in research throughout the training period with meticulous attention and a spirit of critical inquiry.
Based on the educational needs assessment conducted by the International Group, trainees and interns are required to participate in weekly, monthly, and final evaluations. Certification will only be granted upon achieving the required score.
If trainees and interns lack proficiency in Farsi, it is necessary for them to learn it in the first semester.
