Human’s journey starts when he asks himself: “Who am I?” “Where have I come from?” and “Where will I go?” Each of these questions serves as a different doorway, leading the human to a path wherein he has to ask more and more profound questions; and to a more intense effort and love to find the answers. We can find no human being on the entire planet who does not ask himself these questions. This is because, in principle, the beginning of human’s movement is tied to the acquisition of a knowledge called "the Articles of Faith". Knowledge about the articles of faith is a light that illuminates human’s relationship with himself, with God, with others, and with the natural world.
After one starts his journey by acquiring knowledge about the “articles of faith”, he arrives at a station where he has to embark on a train called Sharia to continue his journey. Sharia is the collection of laws and traditions that each divine prophet explained to the believers of their time. If someone correctly responds to his needs in the first step of his journey, he will discover that he needs to adhere to a set of divine laws that he will never be able to figure out alone by relying on his limited intellect. Thus, at this station, the human entrusts himself to the hands of God’s Sharia, acknowledging that the One who has placed in him the desire to move forward is certainly more aware of what he needs for his journey.
The human starts his journey with an unquenchable thirst for acquiring the "articles of faith"; in the next step, he would realize that continuing that path is linked to the divine "Sharia". Now that the human being is constantly exploring the response to his heart, replete with questions, and has also bound himself to God’s laws and traditions, he would find a considerable distance between himself and his destination. He notices that he must alter himself. For instance, he has some traits, such as rancor and jealousy, with which he is unsatisfied. Or there may be some traits, such as forgiveness and kindness, that he would like to obtain. This is why, in this step, he realizes that, to get to his destination, he needs to remove obstacles – whether external obstacles, like enemies, or internal ones like the dimension of the human being that invites him, non-stop, towards ephemeral matters.
The awakened human being who started his journey with the "articles of faith", adhering to Sharia and taking on the essence of divine "morality", is incessantly moving towards his goal. As time goes by, his eagerness to acquire knowledge in all three areas increases, and he finds out that there is no endpoint to satisfy and stop him. Such a person feels knowledgeable and capable in all dimensions of life. For instance, he knows his relationship with modern science and technology. He knows how to use various tools such as human inventions and discoveries, for he is a swimmer who swims in the depths of the ocean, and the foams on the surface of the water never occupy him or prevent him from having a journey into the depths of the seas.
