After identifying my actual needs, I come to realize that the Qur’an and the teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) offer guidance that fulfills all aspects of my being, both material and spiritual. Now, I respond to all my body's needs under the governance of my spiritual heart.
My spiritual heart guides me to provide the tools to meet all my needs under its governance: the need to eat, sleep, marry, have children, love, and dislike. It tells me how to live in society.
How? The method for everything is in the Quran. In fact, I follow the Quran and the Ahl al-Bayt's way of life to provide the tools for attending to both the worldly and spiritual hearts. The needs of my earthly life are met with the tools of my spiritual heart.
I no longer live as before; I live with my spiritual heart.
