At this point, my perspective on myself and existence begins to shift. I start to see myself beyond the dimensions of the and its basic needs—eating, sleeping, working, and so on. It's like a plant: it's not just stems, leaves, and flowers; and its life depends on the roots hidden beneath
As I move beyond the physical dimensions, I begin to realize that the roots of my being lie in a deeper and unseen level—in the level of the soul, meaning, and connection to the Source of the existence, just like a plant whose roots are hidden beneath the soil but are essential to its life, my heavenly aspect is the vital force that nourishes my earthly experience.
This awareness begins to shift how I live: my choices, my reactions to challenges, even my goals, arise no longer from physical or individual needs, but start to arise from a deeper, more conscious place. In a way, I begin to live "from the inside out" instead of vice versa.
